Organize PDF lets you reorder, rotate and delete pages in a PDF and export a clean copy — all in your browser. Nothing is uploaded; the file is processed on your device and the selectable text in the original is preserved.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Add your PDF. Drop a PDF onto the box or click to choose one — every page renders as a thumbnail below.
  2. Reorder pages. Drag any page to a new spot, or use the left/right arrows on a page to nudge it one position.
  3. Rotate or delete. Tap the rotate button to turn a page 90 degrees at a time, or the trash button to remove it.
  4. Preview a page. Click a page (without dragging) to open a large preview and check it before exporting.
  5. Export the PDF. Press Export PDF to build the reordered file, then download or hand it off to another tool.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is opened and rebuilt entirely in your browser on your own device — it is never uploaded, so it stays private.

Is it free and do I need an account?

Yes, it's completely free with no sign-up. Just open the page and add a PDF.

Does the text stay selectable after reordering?

Yes. Pages are copied intact rather than flattened to images, so the original selectable text, links and quality are preserved in the exported PDF.

Can I rotate individual pages, not the whole document?

Yes. Each page has its own rotate button that turns just that page 90 degrees per tap, so you can fix one sideways page and leave the rest.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The page thumbnails, drag-to-reorder and per-page buttons all work in a mobile browser.

Can it open a password-protected PDF?

It attempts to open encrypted PDFs and will process them where possible, but a PDF that fails to load will show an error instead of pages.
