Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DocSolutions mobile apps and website (“the service”), published by imAutotech (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
2. Your content & your responsibility
The service processes documents you choose, on your own device or in your browser. You are responsible for the files you open and must have the rights to use, edit and share them. We never see your content and take no responsibility for it.
3. How the tools work — important notes
- Signatures are visual only. The “Sign / stamp” feature places a drawn or image signature onto a page. It is not a certified, cryptographic or legally-binding electronic signature, and should not be relied upon as one.
- Office viewing is best-effort. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are rendered for reading; complex layouts, charts, fonts and formulas may differ from the original.
- Some operations re-render pages as images (e.g. certain compress and protect operations), which can change selectable text and file size. Always keep your original file.
- Password protection applies standard PDF encryption. Keep your password safe — we cannot recover a protected file if you lose it.
- Browser limits. Web tools depend on your browser and device memory; very large files may not process. The mobile apps handle larger files.
4. Purchases
The service is free to use with ads. In the mobile apps you may buy an optional one-time “Remove ads / Pro” upgrade through the Apple App Store or Google Play, processed and managed by the relevant store under its terms; we do not handle your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
5. Advertising
The free version displays advertising provided by Google (AdMob in the apps, AdSense on the website), subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. The Pro version contains no advertising.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any output. You use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imAutotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
8. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
